Computational Designer/Programmer (Full-time)

You share our enjoyment of design, construction, and 3D printing. You owe an interest in implementing and constructing complex buildings, bridges, free-form facades, long-span support structures, and a wide variety of other structures. You are familiar with the parametric architecture. You have advanced knowledge of the C# / Python programming language. You have experience with 3D/2D detailed design in parametric design/engineering and using appropriate CAD software (Rhino and Grasshopper, C# Programming, Python, etc.). You are motivated to join our team in this exciting and versatile field of construction. We expect that you hold a degree in architecture / civil engineering.

Your Tasks

  • Participation in the planning of national and international projects
  • Programming of Grasshopper components and plugins
  • Creation of parametric 3D models
  • Development of intelligent solutions in cooperation with architects and technical planners
  • Participation in the coordination with the design teams

Your Profile 

  • Successfully completed studies in architecture (or civil engineering) with a B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing. or M.Sc. degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in construction and design
  • Advanced knowledge of C# programming language and Rhino/Grasshopper, additional knowledge of Python is an advantage
  • CAD knowledge, preferably Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and motivating way of working
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, additional foreign languages/native languages are a great advantage

Project Manager/Architect (Full Time)

Your tasks

  • Agile management of construction projects with public/private clients for state-subsidized construction measures.
  • Independent project management and control of demanding construction and real estate projects
  • Technical, economic, and organizational consulting and support of our clients
  • Proactive management and control of costs, deadlines, and quality
  • Contact persons and consultants of the client’s internal departments and planning teams

Your profile

  • Completed technical studies in the field of architecture (diploma/master).
  • Demonstrated project experience in medium and large-scale projects with a strong focus on project management and architectural planning. Proven ability to structure projects effectively and possess a deep understanding of planning processes.
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in HOAI, AHO, and VOB.
  • Familiarity with BIM, parametric design, and automation in construction.
  • Knowledge of sustainable planning methods such as LEED and DGNB.
  • Excellent spoken and written German skills (C1-C2). Proficiency in additional foreign languages/mother tongues is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of cost management (DIN 276) and construction process planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. Experience with Orca AVA, Rhino, and/or Revit is desirable.
  • Enjoy working with people, as well as persuasive and assertive communication skills.
  • Efficient task structuring and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to support national and international projects.

Architect (Full Time)

Your tasks

  • Concept planning, detailed planning of architectural projects.
  • Independent construction solutions planning and conformity testing with DIN norms.
  • Preparation of design reports and specification documents.
  • Proactive management of deadlines and quality.

Your profile

  • Completed technical studies in the field of architecture (diploma/master).
  • Demonstrated project experience in medium and large-scale projects with a strong focus on architectural planning from conception to detailing. Stable fundamental Knowledge of architectural planning processes.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in planning phases LP 1 to 5, past experience in planning phases LP 6 to 8 is a significant advantage.
  • Adequate Knowledge in HOAI, AHO, and VOB.
  • Familiarity with BIM, parametric design, and automation in construction.
  • Knowledge of sustainable planning methods such as LEED and DGNB is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written German skills (C1-C2). Proficiency in additional foreign languages/mother tongues is a significant advantage.
  • Fundamental Understanding of cost management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office or similar. Rhino, and/or Revit is desirable.

Draftsman (Full or part-time)

Your Tasks:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints based on sketches, specifications, and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
  • Assist in the development and modification of design concepts, as well as the creation of construction documents.
  • Ensure adherence to drafting standards and best practices.
  • Incorporate changes and revisions into existing drawings as required.
  • Generate accurate quantity take-offs and assist in material procurement processes.
  • Contribute to the coordination of drawing sets with other disciplines and consultants.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical education or degree in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a draftsman, preferably in architectural or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) and familiarity with BIM processes.
  • Knowledge of architectural drafting standards and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and codes/regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent spoken and written German skills (C1-C2). Proficiency in additional foreign languages/mother tongues is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software and visualization tools is a plus.

Backoffice Manager/Organisation Talent (Full Time)

Your Tasks:

  • Independently organize office procedures and collaborate with executives in structuring all processes and documents.
  • Provide support in contract management, both at the project management and executive level.
  • Control contract execution, ensuring compliance with contract content, requirements, and obligations.
  • Identify and process public and private bidding procedures and tenders, including the following main tasks:
    • Conduct project research for VgV procedures in coordination with executives.
    • Examine tender requirements, plan and monitor the application process systematically.
    • Analyze and compile references and necessary administrative proofs.
    • Prepare final application documents and presentations.
    • Maintain and expand our network of external contacts.
    • Stay updated on current case law related to public procurement and contract law.
    • Coordinate administrative and organizational tasks for national and international tenders and participate in their execution during the bid preparation.
    • Prepare and provide relevant company information and required administrative documents.
    • Maintain standard documentation and develop standardized processes for the bidding process.

Your Profile:

  • Interest in and understanding of architecture, construction, and associated planning and construction processes.
  • Professional experience in public tender law. Previous experience with e-tender systems is a plus.
  • Independent, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English. Proficiency in other foreign/native languages would be a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, and possibly VOB.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Empathy for complex contexts.
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office package.
  • High standards for the quality of own work, including its design.
