Computational Designer (Full-time)

You share our enjoyment of design, construction, and 3D printing. You owe interest in implementing and constructing complex buildings, bridges, free-form facades, long-span support structures, and a wide variety of other structures. You are familiar with the parametric architecture. You have advanced knowledge of the C# / Python programming language. You have experience with 3D/2D detailed design in parametric design/engineering and using appropriate CAD software (Rhino and Grasshopper, C# Programming, Python, etc.). You are motivated to join our team in this exciting and versatile field of construction. We expect that you hold a degree in architecture / civil engineering.

Your tasks

  • Participation in the planning of national and international projects
  • Programming of Grasshopper components and plugins
  • Creation of parametric 3D models
  • Development of intelligent solutions in cooperation with architects and technical planners
  • Participation in the coordination with the design teams

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in architecture (or civil engineering) with a B.Sc., Dipl.-Ing. or M.Sc. degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in construction and design
  • Advanced knowledge of C# programming language and Rhino/Grasshopper, additional knowledge of Python is an advantage
  • CAD knowledge, preferably Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and motivating way of working
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, additional foreign languages/native languages are a great advantage

Back Office Manager / Excutive assistant (Full-time)

Your tasks

  • Independent organization of office procedures, collaboration in the structuring of all processes and documents with executives.
  • Support in the area of contract management both on the project management and on the executive level.
  • Controlling of contract execution concerning contract content, requirements, and obligations.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying and processing public and private bidding procedures and tenders. This includes the following main tasks:

  • Project research of VgV procedures for coordination with the executives.
  • Examination of tender requirements, systematic planning, and monitoring of the application process.
  • Analysis and compilation of references and necessary administrative proofs.
  • Preparation of final application documents and presentations.
  • Maintenance and expansion of our network of external contacts.
  • Observation and evaluation of current case law on public procurement and contract law.
  • Coordination of administrative and organizational tasks for national and international tenders and participation in their execution in the context of bid preparation.
  • Preparation and provision of relevant company information as well as the required administrative documents.
  • Maintenance of standard documentation and development of standardized processes for the bidding process

Your profile

  • Interest and understanding of architecture, construction, and the associated planning and construction processes.
  • Professional experience in public tender law. Previous experience in e-tender systems is a plus.
  • Independent, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; other foreign/ native languages would be a great advantage.
  • Knowledge of HOAI, AHO, possibly also VOB
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Empathy for complex contexts
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • High demands on own work result incl. their design
